My passion for carpentry didn't start with a power drill and a flat-pack box. It started in 2008, in the sawdust-filled workshop of a traditional joinery firm.
I began my career as an apprentice learning the "hard way"—working exclusively with solid wood. In those early years, I spent my days crafting bespoke furniture, heavy external doors, and intricate window frames from scratch.
Working with solid timber taught me things you can’t learn from an instruction manual:
How to respect the grain of the wood.
The importance of structural integrity.
The patience required for a perfect, flush finish.
Those years gave me a masterclass in durability and detail. If you can build a solid oak dresser from a raw plank, you develop an eye for quality that never leaves you.

As my career evolved, I saw a changing need in our homes. While people still love the look of wood, modern life demands efficiency, smart storage, and precision fitting. I decided to take my traditional "bench joiner" skillset and apply it to the heart of the home. Today, I specialize in:
Kitchen Installations: Bringing the technical precision of a furniture maker to ensure every cabinet is perfectly level and every joint is seamless.
Internal Doors: Utilizing my background in door construction to ensure a perfect swing and a snug fit every time.
Flat-Pack & Modular Solutions: Taking the stress out of assembly by providing a professional, sturdy finish that looks like custom-built cabinetry.
The difference between a "handyman" and a trained carpenter is in the details. Because I started my career building furniture from scratch, I don’t just "put things together"—I ensure they are structurally sound, aesthetically perfect, and built to last.
I bring 15+ years of sawdust, sweat, and craftsmanship to every home I enter. Whether I’m hanging a new set of internal doors or installing your dream kitchen, I treat your home with the same care I gave those solid wood pieces back in 2008.
